San Diego Food Tour
To jump straight into the topic, we had a flavorful weekend in San Diego that tremendously enhanced our mini getaway experience, and we have decided to record a bit of our food journey from this trip.
An unplanned but super pleasant find from our meandering in the Gaslamp Quarter, they also have some delicious looking gelato choices. Photo showcasing A LA FOLIE crepes from their Sweet Crepes selections.
Morton's The Steakhouse - San Diego
Probably one of our favorite steak restaurants for a date night out or nice gathering, always on point flavors. Photos showcasing:
Prime Bone-in Ribeye 22 oz.
Miso Marinated Sea Bass
We booked this French restaurant on one of their special event night with prix fixe menu of 3 course dinner, though the overall experience was good, the courses didn’t impress us to the level of our expectations. Would love give their regular menu a try next time though!
A fun breakfast and brunch restaurant in the heart of Gaslamp Quarter, super convenient location, energetic vibes, tasty breakfast and good coffees. Photo showcasing:
Velvet Latte and Regular Latte
California Breakfast Burrito
Peach & Almond French Toast
Andouille Sausage
Located right onsite of our hotel, we originally decided to dine here for convenience purposes. However the restaurant had a beautiful interior and the food served was way beyond our expectations - a place we would totally recommend after trying it out!

Loaded Bayou Tots
Upper East Burger
